To secure your place at THE PORTAL, a full payment or a half-payment is required at the time of your initial booking. The remainder of your half-payment is due 28 days after your initial booking with an additional $100 non-refundable administrative fee per person. Bookings made after 15th of June 2026 are required as a full payment, subject to availability. No payment plans are available after this date.

You may cancel your booking within 7 days of initial purchase for a full refund. After this 7-day cooling-off period, the initial payment becomes non-refundable and the second payment remains due 28 days after the initial booking. If you are unable to attend the retreat, your place may be transferred to another willing participant, subject to the retreat organisers’ approval, for a partial refund (amount will be decided by organisers and depend on timing and costs already incurred). In the unlikely event that the retreat is cancelled, you will be offered:
a transfer to a future retreat or
a partial-refund of payments made (minus any unrecoverable costs)
